Puff Pastry Roll


Product Description:
Puff Pastry is a crisp, light pastry consisting of thin layers of dough and margarine created by folding and re-folding. When baked, steam is formed forcing the dough to rise. As baking continues, the steam evaporates and the margarine is absorbed, leaving a high, crisp, flaky pastry.

USES FOR PUFF PASTRY

• sausage rolls

• vol-au-vonts
• flans or tarts (sweet/savoury)
• slices-vanilla cream
• turnovers
Puff Pastry Roll (Pre-sliced)




Product Description:
This is the same as the puff pastry roll except it has been specially designed for customers who make large quantity of sausage rolls or similar products. The roll is sliced along its lengh into four even sections reducing the labour and ensures products are consistent everytime.

USES FOR PUFF PASTRY (PRE-SLICED)

Short Crust Pastry Roll (Pie Base)




Product Description:
Perfect for large volume pie manufacturing our pie base pastry comes in a continuous roll of cream coloured, frozen short crust, savoury pastry.

USES FOR PIE BASES
• sweet & savoury dishes
• quiche
• pies
• tarts
Puff Pastry Pieces (Pie Top)




Product Description:
Perfect for small or large volume pie manufacturing or other similar products. Cut to size so there is no wastage or mess. Each piece is separated by a fine dusting of rice flower to ensure they separate when defrosted. Can be used in conjunction with short crust pie base pieces.
Other sizes available upon request.
