The Timbertown Pie Company is Australian family owned and operated. First founded in the late 1970’s with the establishment of the well known Timbertown Heritage Village, at Wauchope in the Hastings Valley of NSW.

Great care and pride was taken in making pies the old fashioned way, where pies were made using quality local ingredients and baked to perfection in a heritage wood fired oven. People would come from far and wide to see the bakery in operation and sample the mouth watering pies hot from the oven.

Over the ensuing decades the name Timbertown Pies became famous through the Hastings and surrounding districts for quality consistency and great taste.

Timbertown Pies have now moved to new modern facilities in Port Macquarie where we continue the tradition of making pies full of quality local ingredients. We are now able to give everyone the chance to experience the taste of Timbertown Pies just like the people who visited Timbertown Heritage Village decades ago.
